Using All Aboard

All Aboard provides a booking platform for ferry, boat, and related water travel services supplied by independent operators.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate passenger, contact, route, date, pickup, and payment information before confirming an order.

Bookings and operators

Availability, departure times, route details, pickup options, baggage rules, cancellation policies, and boarding requirements may depend on the operating partner.

Passengers must bring valid government identification and follow operator instructions at the pier or pickup point.

Payments and refunds

Payment is required to confirm a booking unless the checkout flow states otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Beam.

Refunds, cancellations, and changes are subject to the operator policy and booking conditions shown during or after purchase.

Service changes

Weather, sea conditions, operational constraints, and local authority requirements may affect routes or schedules.

All Aboard and its partners will make reasonable efforts to support customers when disruption occurs.
