All Aboard Platform – General Customer Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) set forth the complete agreement between [All Aboard Co. Ltd.], including its affiliates (collectively, the “Platform”), and a user (“You”, “your”, “Customer” or “User”) regarding the booking and purchase of services via the Platform.

As a user, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood these T&C and other policies and documents as referred to in these Terms. Your access, search, use of or transaction on the Plateform and the Site indicate your acceptance of these T&C as well as any other policies and documents as referred to or hyperlinked in these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please do not access, use or transact on the Site or make any bookings through our call agents.

These Terms and other policies and documents referred to herein shall constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Platform.

Please return to this page, on or before accessing, using or transacting on the Site to acknowledge and agree on the most current version of these Terms. We may change or modify these Terms (or parts thereof) at any time where it is necessary to comply with any applicable laws or to reflect a change to our operational practices. We will use reasonable endeavors to provide you with a notice or send you a notification of the updated T&C on the Site.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

Platform refers to the website [www.allaboardworlds.com], associated mobile applications, and any other digital channels used to access and book Services.

Services refers transportation and travel-related services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to tickets for trains, buses, ferries, and other transport modes.

Affiliate refers to any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Platform.

Operator refers to the actual provider of transportation or travel services (e.g., bus company, airline, etc.).

Seller refers to an entity authorized to offer Services on behalf of an Operator through the Platform.

Voucher refers to an electronic or printed ticket that grants the bearer the right to access and use a Service.

Personal Data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Confidential Information refers to non-public information related to the business operations of the Platform, including but not limited to financial data, business plans, and customer records.

Intellectual Property Rights refers to all rights associated with patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights related to the Platform and its content.

Good Industry Practice refers to he degree of skill, diligence, care, prudence, and foresight that would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a competent professional in the relevant industry.

3. User Account

To access and book Services, you must register an account with accurate and complete information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You cannot assign or transfer your account to any person. You must ensure that only you can use your account and you represent and warrant that you will not authorize any other person to use your credentials or your account for any reason, unless permitted by the Platform.

The Platform may require identity verification at any time.

Accounts may not be used for unauthorized or unlawful purposes.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its discretion.

You may close your account at any time via the Platform settings.

You acknowledge that emails or phone numbers may be recycled by email and/or mobile carriers and agree that we shall not be liable for any access, loss, or misuse of an account resulting from such reassignment of ownerships. If your registered emails or phone numbers are deactivated or you change your registered emails or phone numbers, you must update your account information immediately. If you become aware that your emails or phone numbers have been reassigned and are linked to an account that is not yours, you must notify us promptly so we can take appropriate actions.

Any information given by you on the Platform for the purpose of account registration, booking, participation of any available Promotion on the Site are true, accurate and complete, and such given information fully complies with the T&C specified by the Platform.

6. Prices and Payments

Prices may include base fares, taxes, and any applicable service or processing fees.

The Platform may charge additional service or convenience fees, disclosed at the time of booking.

All payments must be made through the Platform using supported payment methods.

You are responsible for any charges imposed by your financial institution or payment provider.

Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers.

You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees associated with your bookings.

Prices is dynamic and subject to changes in accordance with market conditions, demands, third party’ policy or other commercial circumstances which may result in incomplete, inaccurate, irrelevant, obsolete, non-updated information published on the Site. The prices shown on the Platform or during your Browse and search result may be changed by the time you reach the payment page. You must carefully review the final price and the specific details of the relevant booking before proceeding with the payment of your selected booking, including assessing whether the final price may contain a fault on the Site which no reasonable person would consider appropriate or making business sense (“Real Mistake”). If a Real Mistake occurs and you proceed with the purchase, you acknowledge and agree that we will not be responsible or liable for any booking, reservation and purchase that you agree, accept and successfully pay on the Site.
